    Services Description

    Beshears Advisory provides operational advisory, fractional COO leadership, and AI-enabled operations consulting for founder-led businesses. The information presented on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services. Specific service engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Beshears Advisory and the client.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Beshears Advisory or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.     To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beshears Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the Site or engagement with our services, regardless of the theory of liability.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Beshears Advisory for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
